Teaching from an alignment-based approach, April implements mindfulness to create a practice based on integrity. Both yoga and burlesque are one and the same for April. Many traditions and techniques have been a cross-over, allowing for beautiful synergy in practice and performance.  With the fusion of yoga and burlesque, April offers a movement class, created to explore space in the body while creating confidence and an appreciation for oneself.  April has performed burlesque for over a decade, performing festivals and appearing on TV and in magazines. Her yoga practiced began as a teen while living in the Boundary area. Both yoga and burlesque has allowed April to explore many opportunities, including travels for festivals, conventions and continued training. She is happy to return home to the Boundary area and share her passion and practice.
