A Rustic Retreat in the Heart of Nature

This small settlement on Highway 33 is 51km north of the border, between Rock Creek and Kelowna.  It emerged during a mining boom over a century ago and was a railway stop for the historic Kettle Valley Railway (KVR), which now forms part of the Trans Canada Trail.  Beaverdell serves the locals and tourists with a general store, a gas station, an electric vehicle charging station, a post office, a community hall, a ballpark, river access, eateries and several accommodations.  Outdoor recreation pursuits in the area include fishing at a variety of nearby lakes.
