- The RDKB has moved the Evacuation Centre from Grand Forks to Midway at the Boundary Expo Recreation Centre, located at 735 Seventh Avenue. It will open at 10 am on July 23rd and will serve evacuees in the area.
- The evacuation alert area has been extended to include the mobile home park in Rock Creek.
