If you live in the Regional District of Kootenay Boundary (RDKB) and have a lower household income, you may be eligible for no-cost home energy improvements through the Energy Conservation Assistance Program (ECAP).
Depending on your home and eligibility, upgrades could include a heat pump or dual-fuel heating system, insulation, air sealing, and other improvements that can make your home more comfortable, energy efficient, and better prepared for the seasons ahead.
