VACANCY –GENERAL MANAGER, PARKVIEW MANOR
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the General Manager has the lead role as they direct and support the resources at our property. They are responsible for the overall operation and management at our retirement residence.
The successful candidate will have skills, experience, and knowledge in the following areas:
- Positive attitude, leadership, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office including Excel
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to deal with Government agencies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred
- Minimum High School diploma/GED
- Post secondary education in senior care and/or business management would be an asset
- Experience with and knowledge of non-profit organizations would be an asset
This position is Permanent Part-Time: 20 hours per week
