The ‘New Horizon’ grant activities for the “Seniors Being Seen Program” are ongoing at Riverside Centre in Rock Creek, each Thursday from 1:30 – 3 pm. Come and join us, it’s a free activity and there is lots to learn 
All seniors are welcome. All programmes are about 50 minutes long (with time for questions/answers). Complimentary, catered refreshments are served after each session.

Thursday, October 1st, 1:30 pm – “The Good, Bad & the Ugly – Sharing OUR Stories from the 1960’s, with PRIZES for Each Category”
Thursday, October 8th, 1:30 pm – “Health Care in the Boundary” – Bonnie Edelstrom will talk with us about stresses experienced in our health care system since Covid and we ‘Seniors’ coming of age.
Thursday, October 15th, 1:30 pm – “Who & Why is There is a Crow in Your Painting? – Adrianne’s Response.” Adrianne’s answer to this simple question had such profundity, we can’t pass it up. Join us to see Adrianne’s painting and poetry. as always, laced with her positive spin on our world.
