TAPS – Therapeudic Activation for Seniors

This free program is on Wednesdays from 10 am to 1 pm at the Rock Creek Medical Centre. TAPS brings together older adults 65+, specifically those facing adverse challenges, for tailored group activities that engage the body, mind and spirit. Lunch is provided along with activities based on the seniors interests and needs. The TAPS program is put on by Boundary Family Services and funded by United Way British Columbia. This is not a drop in program so please contact Diane or Boundary Family Services for more information.
