Two years ago, RDKB HomeSmart was launched with a simple goal:
to help residents feel more comfortable in their homes — in every season — without the stress or confusion of doing it on their own.
Today, over 300 residents have used this free program to learn what changes make the biggest difference, explore ways to reduce energy use, improve comfort, and access generous rebates that help stretch limited budgets.
