The ‘New Horizon’ grant activities for the “Seniors Being Seen Program” are ongoing at Riverside Centre in Rock Creek, each Thursday from 1:30 – 3 pm. Come and join us, it’s a free activity and there is lots to learn 
All seniors are welcome. All programmes are about 50 minutes long (with time for questions/answers). Complimentary, catered refreshments are served after each session.

Thursday, June18th, 1:30 pm– “Song Circle” – We all have a “voice” – what is yours? Discover or rediscover your voice as a powerful tool to connect with yourself and others. Leave preconceptions at home and join us for an introductory “Song Circle” at Riverside Centre in Rock Creek. Easy to learn, heartfelt, no ‘experience’ necessary. Thursday, June 25th, 1:30 pm – Join us to meet Corporal Mike Rampone, Commander Midway RCMP Detachment, who will introduce himself and in a Q. And A. Format, discuss with us issues of concern in the West Boundary.
