ROCK CREEK & BOUNDARY FAIR ASSOCIATION
2026 Annual General Meeting Notice – Wednesday November 19th
The Rock Creek & Boundary Fair Association will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, November 18, at 7:00 pm at the Rock Creek Fair Grounds Pavilion.
Doors open at 6:00 pm, with a general meeting beginning at 6:30 pm which you are encouraged to attend.
Anyone interested in becoming involved with one of our community’s most culturally significant and publicly active organizations is warmly invited to attend.
To become a voting member, individuals must pay a $5.00 membership fee and attend a minimum of two (2) meetings per calendar year.
During the AGM, the current membership will elect a maximum of seven (7) Board Directors and four (4) Executive Officers.
We encourage community members to attend, get involved, and help shape the future of the Rock Creek & Boundary Fair Association.
