Lots of great upcoming events in Westbridge! The Golden Horizons Grant is sponsored by New Horizons for Seniors and the Westbridge Recreation Society. This project allows Seniors to participate in fitness, food and art classes that support mental health, financial health, heart health and nutritious meals. The activities are tailored for Seniors interests, abilities and learning something new.
On Monday, May 26th and Monday, June 23rd from 10 am to 1 pm, there are two different Nourishing Food sessions at the Westbridge Hall Kitchen with Chef Keegan McLaughlan. There is a maximum of 6 people per session, it’s free to attend but pre registration is required.
