Economic Development Manager, Trails to The Boundary Society

Lumin is passionate about rural economic development, and brings several years of experience in this area. In 2024, Lumin was elected to the Board of Directors at Thompson Okanagan Tourism Association (TOTA). With a background in business analytics and management, she has worked with the Department of National Defence’s Engineering Division, and UVIC’s Gustavson School of Business. She holds degrees specializing in International Business and Project Management training. Currently she holds a contract with Trails to The Boundary Society focused on community and economic development in the West Boundary, and is involved with the development of the local Food Hub. Lumin has had family residing in the West Boundary for several generations, and has an avid interest in the abundant history of the region.
