International Overdose Awareness Day Event
Please Join us on August 28th as we acknowledge International Overdose Awareness Day, a global campaign to raise awareness around overdose prevention, reducing stigma, and acknowledge all loved ones that have lost their lives to toxic drug poisoning.
We invite all service providers, community members, and all individuals affected by overdose to our event, where we will:
- Share resources and best practices for overdose prevention and response
- Honor the lives lost to overdose and support those affected
- Help to reduce stigma around substance use and homelessness
- Foster connections and collaboration among service providers and community members
Date: August 28th, 2025 at Gyro Park in Grand Forks B.C
