Join us on Thursdays until June 13th, from 4 to 5:30 pm at the West Boundary Elementary School in Rock Creek. We will access our culture and spirit through drumming, grounding and an opening gratitude prayer acknowledging the Interior Salish and Okanagan territory we are on. We will use our voice to allow and encourage emotional expression. Our minds will embrace cognition through some challenging activities (agility and reaction training). Every week participants will provide a favourite aspect of the week that may be used in the Indigenous Day Presentation that the group will co-create.
