The ‘New Horizon’ grant activities for the “Seniors Being Seen Program” are ongoing at Riverside Centre in Rock Creek, each Thursday from 1:30 – 3 pm. Come and join us, it’s a free activity and there is lots to learn 
All seniors are welcome. All programmes are about 50 minutes long (with time for questions/answers). Complimentary, catered refreshments are served after each session.
Upcoming Events:
Thursday, June 12th – Show and Tell – Bring 1 (or 2) object(s) important to you, and share the reason for their special meaning. Perhaps someone gave you something not of great value, but valuable to you because of the thought about you that was put into the giving; perhaps something you treasure because it is funny; or especially unusual; or just a “whatever.” What you choose to SHOW & TELL us about can be a fun and interesting way to get to know each other and spend time together.
